What We Do

Residential contracting, one point of contact

From a single repair to a whole-home renovation, Sighthound Builders manages the whole project — and brings in the right skilled trades whenever a job calls for them.

Renovations & Additions

Kitchen and bath remodels, whole-home renovations, and additions built to match your home's existing structure and style.

Handyman Services

Repairs, small fixes, and the smaller jobs other contractors don't want to schedule — no project's too small.

Skilled Trade Coordination

As your general contractor, we bring in the right licensed trades for whatever the job needs — and point you in the right direction on anything we don't handle directly.

About

Hi, I'm Derrick

I'm an independent contractor based in Vancouver, working with residential and commercial clients on renovations, repairs, and custom projects. I believe every job deserves honest, clear communication and work built to stand the test of time — hiring a contractor is about trust as much as it's about the job, and I take that seriously.

Whether it's a home renovation, a handful of repairs, or a commercial space update, I'm happy to talk through ideas and help find a solution that fits your project and budget. Outside of work, you'll usually find me skiing or out adventuring with my dog.
